Great feedback about adjusting to leadership styles. We definitely weren't immune to the challenges facing the industry these last two years. The up side of all that's happened though is the addition of new minds with new thoughts. That coupled with the ability to make those thoughts actionable has really helped us to stay current and more representative of the residents. In short, keep using your voice!

It's all about the team and I'm thrilled to hear you love yours! Compensation is definitely something that hits us all where and how we live. A large part of our conversations with ownership groups has centered around the simple concept of equity across teams and individuals. While we don't always get it right, know that by using your voice and bringing attention to it is something that's not only encouraged but is necessary if we're going to continue to build great teams.
