      Pros

      Everyone is nice. They purchased our property and asked what we would like to see done to it , no matter how big or small. They spent the money to repair ther larger issues the property was having.

      Cons

      It can be a hassle to get vendors approved. They tend to use national vendors at a greater cost.

      Pros

      If you are a student, they are very understanding of your lifestyle and priorities. Not only are they flexible with scheduling, but they provide online resources to push you higher in your company. Working there, I can say I felt how they wanted me to succeed... which was a very empowering feeling.

      Cons

      The training is good, but lacking in many practical ways. The online training is very broad. The real learning happens while your superiors (assuming you have decent ones) can help guide you through "real world" scenarios. It gives a good opportunity to explore a new online infrastructure.
