      Benefits! It's the #1 reason why I have stuck around.

      Cons

      1. Too many initiatives. 2. High turnover. 3. Consistent changes to processes and constant training. 4. Budget issues that lead to the fear of more layoffs. 5. If it's not a senior management's idea, it's a bad idea.

      -Good people -Flexible and helpful management -Care about people first and want to do the right thing -Great onsite team -Opportunity for growth is huge -Dedication to development and learning -Very engaging

      -Benefits are decent, but could be better in terms of PTO and health ins coverage -Very focused on bottom line and at times there is a lack of financial resources for our specific community due to ownership -Pay could be a little better across the board for the market we are in, but overall decent
