I appreciate you taking to this platform to share your open and honest feedback. All outlets really do help to frame experiences and spur meaningful solutions. I'd also recommend taking the opportunity to sue your voice through the engagement surveys sent out to each team member each quarter and even take the opportunity to participate in a business resource group. We're in it together and need to lean in and on each other to make sure experiences like yours aren't repeated.

great team environment with good people who work hard and flexible time off.

Cons

Very limited resources to accomplish your goals. The pay is fair, but you will be asked to conjure leads from the void by sheer force of will. It's a welcoming environment, but expect to be "encouraged" constantly.

Amazing Benefits for Families and Parents

12 weeks of paternity and maternity leave (after one year of employment) Dental, medical, vision and life insurance offered Support groups and resources for not just parents but numerous other groups as well.

Cons

Given the industry, there may be times when there are longer hours, but it is only for a couple of months.

As a fellow parent, I too truly appreciate the benefits afforded not only with the 12 weeks of maternity and paternity leave, but with the fertility assistance and the options for healthcare. It's tough being a parent and even tougher being a parent while parenting thousands of residents. Good on you for you leaving such a thought provoking review!
