-Positive work Culture -Engaging -Growing Environment -A company that holds you to a standard that pushes you to grow in your knowledge and skills -All departments are engaging with one another and promotes communication in order to have a collective effort in success -Understands the want/need for personal growth in each position -A large amount of growth opportunities within the company that allows you to meet with other departments in different locations -Promotes longevity in your stay with the company

Cons

I do not have any negatives to review. I have loved my experience with Cardinal and will not be leaving anytime soon!

It’s a totally fine company to work for. Pays fine, benefits are actually great, I know some people that have had a fantastic experience and others that have had a really negative experience. After having some time to look back at my experience with cardinal I can say I truly believe your experience has a lot to do with your cell/group. Overall I had a fine time, but it probably would have been better if I wasn’t in Group 2...

Cons

For SURE they are obsessed with their HQ team. It’s actually pretty insulting. I personally worked on site since the very beginning of the pandemic and we were required to stay open well after HQ was allowed to work from home. That’s not really what I have a problem with- my problem is that they still offered HQ employees every Friday in December off while the on site teams were quite literally putting their lives at risk every day.... I mean my god it was maybe the most tone deaf thing ive seems in a hot minute. Additionally, HQ receives unlimited PTO, lots of fun events (pour at four, snow days, etc.), and on site is just kinda there...
