      Thanks for your time to review. I think the takeaway here is to be more explicit on our end about the compensation in the offer letter that hits your inbox. Many times, our on-site interns are afforded discounted rent alongside the learning and advancement opportunities - freeing them up to focus on school while learning a business. Sounds however like there was a miss here. That aside, I'm curious as to why you ranked us so low in the sub-categories?       This company actually strives to embody its values. The online trainings are always there for anyone who wants to take time to grow within the company, and they’re constantly inviting employees to participate in molding the culture and future of Cardinal. Everyone is a team-member, and Cardinal tries its best to do away with unnecessary hierarchy.

      Cons

      From quarter to quarter there may be unexpected pivots when it comes to goals. The goals don’t necessarily change but the strategies might. This is not necessarily a con if you’re willing to grow and pivot with the company.
