Invests in their team members, competitive pay, great mentors, all about cross training and developing their team members, receptive to feedback from onsite team, always willing to improve as a company for the better of their teams

Cons

Wanted to see different team members being “highlighted” or given a “shoutout” it seemed like the same people were given these opportunities.

Benefits, Culture, Growth, Leadership, and Compassion for the people we do the work with and for.

Cons

The only Cons are the potential to work with 3rd party clients who have a work culture that does not align with Cardinal's, but Cardinal does a great job of selecting clients that do align and leading the conversations when there isn't alignment.

You can't always pick who you work for and with is always a struggle in business, made more intense given the type of people-focused work we do. You are right that many groups define culture differently than others, but it's through the work you bring each day that we find equilibrium in what "should be" vs what "Is".

Commission was nice monthly. You also get a discount if you live on site.

Cons

No way to grow in current position without becoming a manager. Work environment test your mental health.

I'll very much agree that the type of people leading/caring work being done here at Cardinal is such that it can't be fully taught but rather needs to be experienced, then acknowledged as a personal challenge if one is to eventually call it a career.
