Pros

Good work-life balance, they provide equipment, benefits are ok. The individual people are fantastic, and the actual work being done really means something.

Cons

Low pay, extremely poor management. I was promised a promotion that never happened, and after 5 months of doing the work without the pay increase finally left. My pay never changed even though they told me it would (because of the promotion but also because of annual merit increase). You're expected to work quickly, but they work very slowly. Was also promised a performance review and never got it. They laid off half of the Sales team at the end of April and told them they would not get their Q1 bonus. No job security whatsoever.

Remote job, occasional travel to different sites.

Cons

No communication, lack of ownership. Terrible management who doesn’t listen or actively work to fix their issues. Over half the company laid off due to upper management’s inexperience and knowledge of what to do.

It would have been an awesome company if they just listened. There is a saying "Those who won't hear must feel" and boy Care Access will surely feel what is to come. If they're still around.

Cons

Hires people with no clinical background in senior positions. Hence for the downfall.
