-Everyone in the company, from the CEO to the employees, share in a highly positive work culture that values one's personal freedoms while simultaneously motivating one to contribute their all to the overall company goals and values. -The CEO, Ahmad Namvargolian, is very friendly, down-to-earth, and caring for both the patients the company aims to treat and the employees working hard to make it all possible. -Working from home is always a net positive. CARE has competent systems in place to make remote work as easy and stress-free as possible. -Lots of room for growth within the company. -Feels like you're truly contributing to something that can help many individuals in their lives.
Cons
-There are some minor growing pains since this is a start-up, however this is consistently being addressed and measures are being put in place to ensure smooth growth in the future. -Communication could be better between departments, but this is also being addressed and will only get better with time.
