Exposure to multiple research fields and clinical experience.

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment you'll ever encounter. Micromanagement is abundant with extremely heavy workload and not enough support to manage the workload. The company is always understaffed, so each employee is overworked. They've lost so many incredibly hardworking employees because of this. Also, they will fire you for simply asking for the benefits that were promised to you. No one should join this place under any circumstance!

There are downtimes and not-so-busy days where the schedule can be flexible

Cons

Our manager's expectations were high, but he was also terribly lazy to train us properly! Not only he was lazy, but rude and disrespectful to all members of our team! Very unprofessional and unethical!
