WHERE DO I START?! 1. Told travel would be 20% during the interview and it is 75-85%. 2. They will lay off entire teams w/o any updates. Teams that you rely on for your day-to-day will be here in the morning and gone in the afternoon. 3. Disorganized. 4. Disparity in how work is distributed among teams. You have some people who are always deployed or working and others who aren't. 5. Certain teams work 7 days a week - we're all looking forward to that winter shut down if they don't take it away. 6. Very adept at making the same mistakes over and over again.
