Pros

Professional environment, dedicated employees, learning opportunities for staff. Managers recognize and reward good work.

Cons

Lots of driving (but fair reimbursement). Mandatory overtime, which adds stress to an already demanding job. Pressure to go above and beyond, like participating in weekend fund-raisers.

We appreciate your time posting your personal work experience at Care Dimensions. We are aggressively recruiting additional staff to meet our growing census and to provide a manageable caseload to our direct patient care employees. We recognized the caseloads were too high, and this past year we were able to reduce them.

We appreciate your advice. We recognized the caseloads were too high, and in 2016 we were able to reduce them. We are actively seeking new direct patient care staff to ensure caseloads remain manageable.
