-encourages separation between work and personal life -encouraging and supportive work culture -encourages career advancement

Cons

-When caseload is high, there is no compensation -pay is less than other hospice organizations

Thank you for your compliments regarding Care Dimensions supportive culture and career advancement. We work hard to design our benefits to offer tuition reimbursement, sholarships, and student pay-down and refinancing program. We encourage our saff to seek higher education that can lead to career advancement. In regards to our compensation, we conduct extensive market sureverys of our packages in compararison to other employers in our industry. CareDimensions was formed as an all-volunteer organization in 1978. We are now the largest hospice organization in Massachusettts with a staff of over 700, yet we maintain our nonprofit status and are committed to caring for our patients and our team members. We are proud to offer competitive compensation in a nonprofit environment.

Great initial training, resources are well organized Nurses, chaplains, SW all collaborate well together Direct manager is approachable, fair, consistent generous PTO policy

Cons

Sr. /Executive management not supportive minimal salary increases little opportunity for career growth MDs are not always collaborative

Pros

Positive, supportive, inclusive and collaborative tone at the top. The Executive Team is truly dedicated to the organization's mission and always prioritizes patient care - so because of that we employ the most special and amazing employees across all departments. Everyone has a "how can I help you" attitude. Pros: Tone at the top = A+, competitive fringe benefits, retirement plan and time off, supportive environment, robust in house IT support and equipment, hybrid/flexible schedules depending on your department, EXCELLENT orientation and thorough trainings/education, employee town halls, wellness development opportunities, employee engagement activities, volunteer opportunities and most importantly working for a company that takes care of the community by serving patients and their families when they need help the most.

Cons

None. Star ratings given in this review are based on non-profit companies. Please take into consideration that for profits may be able to pay more but quality of life and employee satisfaction and engagement can (should) outweigh a higher base pay.
