Care Dimensions’ core values are Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, Responsiveness, and Innovation. We work hard to make sure that our employees are supported well and have a good work-life balance. Regarding our compensation, we conduct extensive market surveys of our packages in comparison to other employers in our industry. Care Dimensions was formed as an all-volunteer organization in 1978. We are now the largest hospice organization in Massachusetts, yet we maintain our nonprofit status and are committed to caring for our patients and our team members. We offer competitive compensation – which includes a comprehensive benefits package – in a nonprofit environment.

Thank you for your positive review regarding our supportive leaders and co-workers. Such support reflects our core values that sustain our mission to serve our patients, families and each other. Regarding compensation , we conduct extensive market surveys that compare our packages to what is offered by other nonprofit employers in our industry and region so that we can remain competitive. I am sorry we missed the mark on engagement from the c-suite. We pride ourselves in our Town Halls where employees can ask our Executive Team questions and are encouraged to share additional thoughts after the meeting.
