      There are absolutely no pros to working here.

      Cons

      The environment has gone downhill rapidly. Management is just out of themselves, inconsiderate with unrealistic expectations and no idea how to relate to their people. Pay is below market value for most people and raises are non-existent. I was laid off once then they hired me again and I eventually quit. If you care about your mental health, life outside of work, and a non-toxic work environment, DON'T WORK HERE.

      Much better pay than most Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Limited PTO Health Care costs have doubled/employee share in 2025 No raises, even for stellar performance If you have no experience in this field, training can be confusing Supervisors are overwhelmed so they do not have the time to assist, especially new workers

      During initial interviews, onboarding, and orientation they promote low caseloads. However the low caseloads do not pertain to certain states and this is not disclosed during the initial interview process. They also micro manage as a way to measure productivity. Not a lot of support from supervisors.
