High volume, high stress. Did not meet expectations.

Pros

Remote work, ability to flex schedule, good salary for area. Freedom to dictate home visit schedule to what is most conducive for the care coordinator. CEO does seem to care about the population we serve, and was only approachable member of management, as well as highly responsive.

Cons

Higher caseloads than advertised. Some members of HR/management were unsupportive, and not approachable.

Pros

Good company to get involved with. Company will put time into growing your skill-sets and provide the tools needed to be successful. Room for growth, great PTO package for the first year.
