Cons

During initial interviews, onboarding, and orientation they promote low caseloads. However the low caseloads do not pertain to certain states and this is not disclosed during the initial interview process. They also micro manage as a way to measure productivity. Not a lot of support from supervisors.

Care Lync has a horrible company culture. The awful management does many unethicl things, and the managers show their biases blatantly in the workplace. They don't care how unprofessional they are and how their behavior can negatively affect the morale of most employees. They just do what they want and show their true colors.

There were some great people who really tried to make the workplace fun.

Cons

Very poor culture, a lot of miscommunication and rules changed every week. Management is unethical, extremely clicky out to protect themselves, very unprofessional and very good at dancing around facts and truth with lies. Watch your back! You can be employed today and unexpectedly dismissed tomorrow. Please keep this in mind if you choose to join this company.
