Pros

The CEO, management, the consumers we assist, and the people we meet. Salary is decent could be better. A seasoned SC may make the same as a fresh one out of college so some imbalances

Cons

Retention rates, PTO accrual instead of a sum lump at the start of the year, and no Flex Time.

Pros

Remote work, ability to flex schedule, good salary for area. Freedom to dictate home visit schedule to what is most conducive for the care coordinator. CEO does seem to care about the population we serve, and was only approachable member of management, as well as highly responsive.

Cons

Higher caseloads than advertised. Some members of HR/management were unsupportive, and not approachable.

Pros

The PTO was nice but other than that, I don't think that I enjoyed something here because I was afraid of losing my job.

Cons

The fear of job loss was insanely high here. The top management wanted me to work brutal and exhausting hours and ignore the growing pains that they couldn't seem to handle. They also specialized in laying off people for no reason. It was ridiculous because it made me stressed about job loss even though I was doing my job well.
