Unsteady case-load, fluctuates tremendously since the company grew and merged. Many therapists are low on kids and it doesn’t look like they care or are taking action.

The Dallas office staff is amazing. My fellow clinicians are always willing to help and are easy to reach. I love helping my patients.

Cons

Company recently restructured. They do not take feedback from clinical staff. Too many different offices across the country are now involved in every step of admitting a new patient- Colorado, Spring, Dallas, Waco. It is exhausting keeping up. I put in a LOT of unpaid time into this job. I always feel like my health benefits are in jeopardy regardless of how hard I work. I drive all over the metroplex instead of in a more condensed area. It is incredibly difficulty to get ahold of the field leads and upper management. I have not had a pay raise in my time here.
