Lowball the RN to have more for themselves

Pros

This company is all over the US yet they refuse to pay you decent wage or increase your pay if you transition from LPN to RN. They still want to pay the same salary but want to have RN on the case. Lowballing nurses for personal interests is highly encouraged and made a "necessity" to increasing earning potential. This what they teach their recruiters. They don’t give raise no matter how long you work for. I had to get up and go as I am not going to work hard and put money in anyone’s pockets. If you sign up for full time they do not give you 40 hours so you will not be eligible for benefits. I was full time and had to depend on my husbands insurance. Never received any benefits as I did 36 hrs . This is absurdity. They see nurses as work horses and they get all the money. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. You gain nothing in return

Cons

All the above. There is zero Cons. Nothing good about them. You work after a year and not even a red cent in increase
