The actual work and day-to-day responsibilities are easy. Small, quiet office space. Everyone has a cubicle and you are pretty much left to do work on your own with minimal supervision. Weekly bonuses for meeting company goal.

Cons

Low pay. Work is repetitive and boring. Not a lot of social interaction. Career advancement limited to therapists; not much advancement potential for administrative staff.
