The leadership of this company has engaged the value based qualities proving excellent and solid clinical results. In a word, COFKs leadership both on the clinical and business side is on track with ethical clinical and business-focus delivering quality healthcare results. Over-utilization of services is simply not tolerated here. My caseload is always full and I can concentrate on delivering high-quality care.

Cons

I would like to make more money but I understand the constraints on Medicaid, Therapy. I am convinced this company is on the right track long-term.
