The culture at this place is really strong; the ethics and clinical competencies are unmatched to anywhere I've worked. The ability of management to bring volume business opportunities speaks volumes of the talent.

Cons

Higher cost of healthcare but I know attempts are being made to improve this.

I started with this company as a new graduate and was a bit timid, however the office staff and supervising therapist provided optimal support so that I would succeed. This company cares about the health and well being of employees and will assist with finding coverage if/when a situation arises. The management team is quick to respond to any concerns and always with a professional attitude which improves therapist’s motivation, as well as, patient care.

Cons

The insurance is a bit pricey for a family.

Home health industry rules keep changing. The industry rate cuts was not welcomed.
