Pros

Excellent culture; Excellent Clinical expertise and oversight; The only company that is focused on their data and delivery of exceptional care to patients supported by independent research! Ethical leadership and organization overall! The only preferred provider in Therapy in Texas.

Cons

Growing company so change occurs to meet the growing demand for services.

Pros

I've worked for Care Options for Kids for 5 years as an SLP-Assistant. All of my Supervisors have been wonderful and very knowledgeable which has allowed me to keep growing and learning as a therapist. The clinical leads/managers are very helpful and willing to assist and answer any questions I have..it doesn't matter what time of the day! I love that Care Options follows a culture of compassion, creates loyalty in our employees, and always puts the patients first!

Cons

I wish we would have more gatherings/team events in order to meet other therapist we work with, but never get to see while out in the field seeing patients.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for several years, and I can say that Care Options is an exciting place to work right now. If you are interested in being a part of a company that is pioneering change for the better in the Texas home health therapy industry (requiring that high quality therapy services always be provided to our patients, completing intensive research, partnering with a major Medicaid company, etc), then this is the place for you. It’s exciting to be at the forefront of innovation.

Cons

Pay per visit could be considered a downside- but I personally like getting paid based on the work I do. If I want to hustle, I can make $$. If I get extra work assigned to me, that means more money in my pocket, not just more time spent working (like a salaried position requires). But I think salaried positions are also available if that fits your lifestyle better.
