Pros

great pay great hours time off policy is good if you can get approved

Cons

inexperienced management non-compassionate company to health issues they will let you go for being sick if they feel it will be a chronic health issue poor training however they expect quality work and will write you up for it employees expected to produce acceptable metrics however the employee has little to no support or resources to assist clients.

Cons

No organization, no coaching , no follow ups, unorganized training . No onboarding, no explanation of call scripting . The QA and Leads are not calibrated
