      With the right team there are great pay and flexibility

      Cons

      With the wrong team there is poor pay and zero flexibility. It takes having another job offer before raises or promotions are considered.

      This is a company who cares about employees and patients. The benefits are good and the work being done is beneficial to those in need.

      Cons

      The coaching program is repetitious to the point where it comes off to some people as micromanaging.
