Used to be a really amazing place to work with excellent pay and benefits including events and support from management

Cons

Layoffs and very little information about what's ahead. Very heavy workloads while upper management figures out how to outsource as much of our work as they can. People that are not good at their job have few repercussions and that slows processes.

Sometimes management does not have the answers to answer questions regarding calls. CO works with several Lines of Businesses. Meaning there is Behavior Health/Medical/Dental/ Medicare/Tribal Feel not enough training provided to be able to answer all the questions regarding incoming calls. Pay isn’t that great
