Used to be a really amazing place to work with excellent pay and benefits including events and support from management

Cons

Layoffs and very little information about what's ahead. Very heavy workloads while upper management figures out how to outsource as much of our work as they can. People that are not good at their job have few repercussions and that slows processes.

Pros

Benefits are standard in comparison to other companies. I will say their 401k match is slightly better.

Cons

High turnover due to political climate. You will be laid off with a smile. They run like a small company rather than larger and seems like they are open to suggestions but aren't. They will work you long hours and guilt trip you. If you have kids or other responsibilities this is not ideal.
