The clincial physicians are very good at their job and good to work with.

Cons

The culture for staff employees is toxic. The low pay is not worth the mental anxiety inflicted upon you.

Pros

There is a collaborative environment that lends itself to teamwork. The office has been recently remodeled and looks very professional. The CEO is approachable and visionary. I enjoy the amount of autonomy I am given. I have great work-life balance (especially compared to previous companies).

Cons

There are some old school systems in place but those are slowly being replaced by more efficient processes.
