Pros

Upper management are good people. They mean well, and really do want was is best for the company.

Cons

The doctor's can do no wrong in management's eyes. Management are so fearful of upsetting the physicians. Corporate staff suffers, everyone who works there is actively trying to leave. This company has a really bad reputation and they live up to it. Expect to work extremely long hours and be pushed to your absolute limit. HR is asleep at the wheel. Get ready to work in a world of confusion and mind reading. Every thing is an emergency.
