      Pros

      Great marketing and work From Home.

      Cons

      They won't communicate with you about your application. It'll just sit there in WorkDay as "In Progress" for eternity. No call, no rejection letter, nothing. If they can't be professionally courteous enough to those who have taken time and interest in their company, they aren't likely to treat their employees much better.

      Pros

      The best part about working at CareScout is the people. We all have our own unique personalities and talents, and we successfully bring them together to build toward a common mission. People here are collaborative, welcoming, not afraid to get creative and share their ideas and differences -- while always showing mutual respect. It makes for a great environment with lots of room to thrive.

      Cons

      We're a start-up within a larger organization, so we have our own culture, but are also subject to some of the rules and limitations of the larger organization. There have been some leadership changes, but so far new leadership is holding strong to our original mission.

      Pros

      Great job for telecommuting work, good pay, good co-workers. Great for a person looking to help the elderly navigate through the long-term care process to access their benefits based on their policies.

      Cons

      Have to commute to office once a week, high traffic area, 45-minute drive can be 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on weather, traffic, and time of years.
