Pros

Lots of growth, actively hiring, different types of open positions, fast breaks, we need good people to join us

Cons

The morons who post all of the negativity on this site- just because you couldn't hack it doesn't mean you need to screw those of us who still work here with your bitter feedback. We need good people and we all make a difference and I personally resent the losers who can't move on that feel the need to spend their time on the past.

Started off as a good place to work, not many pros

Cons

They do not treat their employees well at all. Constant org changes, managers who have no clue what they are doing, lots of micro managing, short staffed/over worked, lay offs, managers change constantly, no help when asked, very cliquey place to work. Raises are few and far between. Turn around here is huge

9-5 no weekends. Benefits are ok

Cons

No recognition of hard work. Management plays favorites. Small company atmosphere can be good in situations but in this one it seems more like a popularly contest then a business
