Leadership is a mess. There is continual turn over at the top and too many chiefs and not enough indians. There is a lack of accountability at the top. Leadership seems to forget the business decisions they make and are surprised when those decisions "hurt" other parts of the business. It is concerning that Pam the CEO seems so out of touch. She continues to drive aggressive growth with no clear support plan for current business. To top it all off when things with current business start to show erosion Leadership is shocked that we don't continue to be best in class. The current growth pace is extremely taxing on resources with hiring of new resources lagging. Lack of leadership also has lead to many good employees to leave the company.

Company is growing way too fast with no plans to accommodate the growth other than throw more bodies at it. Departments are very siloed with each department doing the same thing different ways. Communication is pretty much nonexistent. Management (while plentiful) is usually too busy to even manage their teams.
