Sexist, Racist and has completely inept management
They make fun of the way I looked to other co-workers because they were angry with me. I’ve noticed this pattern of abuse. Management gets angry, blows up, and then will make the passive aggressive comments insulting you in a public setting under the guise of joking.
My manager has sent completely inappropriate racially and sexually charged text and images in chat messages. Has picked up a prescription bottle on my desk to read it. They have told me how certain races are sexists, when I asked why someone always dismissed what I said. Management claimed to only do so to give me insight on how to deal with them. I’ve spoken with other coworkers, they see the dysfunction. I selfishly wish they would speak up too. I feel like no one wants to get on management’s bad side, since management has been at Caresource for a long time. Management knows how to play the political game and will trash your reputation. I have watched them not hire qualified people who have held the same job in different departments
