Cons

Abusive Management, over worked impossible deadlines. Senior leadership drunken with power. Work more hours than pay. Training inadequate.

Decent Pay Weekends Off Work Remotely

Cons

Not enough flexible schedules. Expensive benefits. Everyone is rude. Must be hardwired into computer. Unobtainable metrics. The member isn’t always first, as they say.

The salary was good, but not worth the stress of the job

Cons

Too many unnecessary meetings. Unorganized. Not well managed. Lots of work put on certain people while others barely work. Little to no training for roles. Wrong people in high leadership roles. Leadership tries to micromanage through filling your calendar up with meetings
