      - One of the CEOs truly embodies the company’s mission of work-life balance and quality animal care, setting a great example of what CareVet should be. - The company attracts incredibly talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference. - The mission, when followed, has the potential to create a great work environment and positively impact both employees and the animals they care for.

      - The company is growing too fast for anyone to keep up, prioritizing financials and expansion over sustainable operations. - Leadership hires often lack industry experience and make major decisions without input from those affected, leading to constant shifts in direction and unclear priorities. - The workload for one person is equivalent to three, with little to no additional resources or support.
