      Pros

      Awesome work environment, great mix of laid back and team motivation to get things done. Open, dog friendly work space, very collaborative and tight-nit family culture. Not only do your immediate managers care about your success but the CEO and partners are extremely supportive in work and in life. They truly care about their employees and have proven time and time again that they will do everything they can to help us succeed.

      Cons

      The Job is hard, you need to have thick skin and be able to take criticism from a place of learning and growth, not taking anything personal. With that being said, I don't think this is a bad thing at all especially since I have grown so much from getting feed back without anyone beating around the bush. They just tell it how it is.

      Pros

      - Amazing people - Very team oriented - Welcoming/ inclusive - Fun office while still being structured where you can do your work. - big open office space which encourages team bonding

      Team can be blunt (although I think this is a pro because I need criticism to get better)

      Pros

      Career Movement has an amazing mentorship program. Most people are hired at the entry level then they given all the tools to build a successful career in recruiting. You'll be surrounded by people with incredible experience in the industry and who will help you grow. I will never forget in my interview about 2 years ago I asked "do people ever leave to go get their MBA and is there support for that?" - My interviewer was a bit confused, and it all makes sense now. He told me this job was his MBA, and it could not have been more accurate. If you want to learn more about running a business than you thought possible through real world experiences, then I recommend you apply to one of our jobs today!

      Cons

      As noted in some other reviews, full lifecycle and even just talent sourcing are not for the faint of heart, it is a tough but rewarding career. Be prepared to work extremely hard here.
