Pros
I worked for Career Movement for just under 5 years, and am extremely thankful for my time there. It was my first job out of college, and I couldn’t have asked for a better transition into the “real world”. I definitely struggled in the first position that I had with them, and the CEO as well as my manager worked closely with me in order to help me find a place where my skills and strengths would excel. Most other recruiting companies would have most likely shown me the door, but they truly took the time to work with me and help expand my skill set. In the five years that I got to work at Career Movement I’ve gained a breadth and depth of knowledge of the recruiting world from our CEO and management team who know the ins and outs of this business. Working in agency recruiting is not for the feint of heart, but with the support from the team and upper management, I was able to develop detrimental recruiting skills.

Agency recruiting is a difficult industry, be prepared to have to work hard.
