Pros

working with a great team of like minded individuals; career oriented and driven management team provides great one on one training and mentorship Our team likes to have fun, very supportive of each other and root each other on CEO is awesome, he has so much industry knowledge and always giving us advice free parking!

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any downsides. CM provides a great career opportunity and training program. You must overcome the hard times through learning the skill and there will be ups and downs. If you persevere and have a positive attitude you will do good things. This job is not for everyone though.

Pros

They hire without experience. You are able to learn valuable skills. They pay alright. If you tell them what you want, theyll most likely meet that. Some people are on salary to start off and some make just a few bucks over minimum wage. As long as you know your worth and go in confident, expect to have your requirements met.

Cons

Poor managment. Many people have left due to the lack of proffessional management. You will get talked down on, and your flaws will be pointed out upfront of all 12 sales reps. Be prepared to have tough skin. Foul language and attitude is the culture here, from management. They have some great sales people on their team, but not sure how much longer theyll be around. Personally, i think the reason they hire without experience is because anyone who is confident and held a title in any other work place before wont deal with their crap. Also, there is no room for growth. Which you could expect cobsidering its a small office. And theyll tell you that flat out in the interview.

Pros

As a former employee of Career Movement, I can say it was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had in the workplace. I was hired a couple of years out of school, with no prior sales or recruiting experience. Initially I was intimidated, but Career Movement takes the time to develop the skills of their sales staff through custom meetings and hands on training. In addition to their commitment to mentoring, I really appreciate how Career Movement ensures business is done ethically and responsibly. The company leadership also puts a big emphasis on creating a fun environment (out of office activities, competitions, volunteer work, etc). If I hadn't moved out of state, I'd still be working for them. I would definitely recommend Career Movement to anyone looking to get their recruiting career started.

Cons

You have to be motivated and interested in working within a sales environment. Management isn't able to help with an individual's "drive".
