No place for talent

Pros

Easy to get hired. Don't have to know to promote. Save place and protection for people who don't want to work even though there is some very good talent paying the price.

Cons

Kill or be killed mentality. Management favours contractors even if substandard quality for a premium prices is provided. Wonder why could that be?... NOT. No place for thinkers and leaders just for sheep.
