Good Place to work, but...

Pros

Good pay and benefits for the region. Some of the people aren't bad.

Cons

Very old school. Does not adapt to change very well, if at all. It's cliche at best. Management has favorites and holds grudges, and will for years. Not the place for you if you want your ideas heard. It's show up, put your head down, and do it the way it's always been done.

Good...Could be Great

Pros

Incredible culture of caring about associate well-being. Fair compensation including good benefits. Direct access to all levels of leadership.

Cons

Almost non-existent development opportunities at almost every level of the organization. Many staffing / promotion opportunities seem to be based on personal like/dislike. Can never seem to get the past behind us when it comes to considerations for opportunities.
