Great people, not so great mangement
Pros
-Free shift drinks and great discounts -The people at any location you work at will almost always be the nicest people you know -ability to work across multiple locations
Cons
-Management sucks - Unstable hour scheduling (I and may others were hired for a certain amount of hours, and after a given time were given waaaayyy less hours. Putting us in a terrible situation where bills were unable to be paid) -Lots of work for minimum wage -Entitled customers - Putting customer service over the anything else -Too many promotions and too much stress put on sales - When hiring, they advertise the fact that there is tutition reimbursement, but once hired you will be told that that is only for General mangers or assistant mangers, who have often already finished school. - Highest employee turnover rate you'll ever find - Training that NEVER gets finished (I've been working there for 5 months at still haven't finished training) - Even though they say they "are lacking hours" you will find yourself with atleast 1 new coworker a month - No opportunity for career advancement. They will literally just train someone from outside the company to be a manger rather than just take someone who has been hardworking for years and make them one
