Pros

Good food and drinks... still not worth it...

Cons

Was promised full time at signing... ended up with barely any hours. I went to my boss saying that if I got just 25 hours a week I could get my basic necessities. She said she did not have the hours avaiable. Found out that day two employees were getting approved 10 hours overtime weekly. I got harrassed by my coworkers. I could deal with that. One day i was in drive through and the baristas refused to make a drink. I went to my manager. He did nothing. As I was exiting a coworker blocked the doorway, got in my face(infront of said manager) and told me not to cause problems. The customer was at drive for 11 minutes and four seconds for 3 drinks!!! I tried to report it to my manager again who did nothing. I was also asked how much my boss paid me to have sex with her... i spent 10 minutes crying in the fridge and quit the next day.

Pros

The job itself is fun. Great customers and good product. Discount and shift drink are nice bonuses. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Working in management was awful. You were expected to be available 24 hours, even when on PTO. Managers running multiple stores with little to no help. Hourly pay, no overtime allowed, yet you had to stay is someone decided not to come in. Sick? Too bad, still have to come to work, even if you’re vomiting and have been to a doctor. Upper management puts a TON of pressure on GM’s, uses threats as motivation. Bring your issues to the attention of upper management, they’ll tell you what you want to hear, and then never follow through.
