Pros

split tips with your coworkers but the managers didnt get tips b/c they made more an hour

didnt always work your full shift (sent home early when slow) customers are always. crabby.

Pros

Caribou Coffee is great with flexible scheduling. It is perfect for college students who are looking for a little extra cash. Tips from guests will sure surprise you when you deposit them at the bank after a month; sometimes averaging well over $300 in pure change. Some stores are a tight knit family; while others have a punch in/out and don't make friends with co-workers.

Cons

The biggest challenge is the corporate offices and trying to deal with their mismanagement. They screw up something during each promotion which causes the stores and the employees to become stressed out when guests demand such promotion when they were not informed of one. In addition; the manager turn over rate is extremely high because they do not pay nearly enough to keep quality managers in the stores. This is not a job for people who do not like early mornings and having to put on a "happy face" for guests at 5am.
