      Pros

      Great team and the product is great. Get a lot of room to use and implement your own marketing ideas.

      Cons

      Upper management lack of communication and really poor distribution of product. The standards and guidelines are not clearly given to you.

      Pros

      Caribou hires a personality type that is outgoing and friendly, and the friendships I made with my coworkers are ones that will last a lifetime. There is a significant amount of training provided for management that is valuable when moving into other fields, both similar and unrelated. While employed, Caribou will take good care of you as long as you play by their clearly laid out rules

      Cons

      Upper Management is strong but DM turnover is high and largely unmonitored so frequently, DMs go on power trips because their decisions are going unchecked. Multiple managers did not follow company guidelines and offered promotions and rewards that were never given. Internal promotions are "preferred" but hard to get and hard oftentimes getting the promotion involves doing the job you want for months before your pay reflects the change in your duties.

      Pros

      Nice place to meet people. Customers are usually regulars and are friendly. An easy job you can kind of zone out at and just grind through your shift.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager/shift supervisor, they can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Tensions can often get very high. Early morning shifts are usually a nightmare with long line, demanding customers, and fighting through sleep.
