      Great first job but mindless work wears you out real fast

      Great job to enter the work force, flexible scheduling (great for students), team building, fast promotions, fast paced, good health benefits, free caffeine

      Cons

      Amy's Blend (impossible sales goals for an extremely flawed cause), BOGOs (buy one get one free) they work you like a dog and generally have bounce back coupon for even more BOGO, immature managers and coworkers (depending on the store), high job turnover, low wages

      staff is knowledgable at what they are selling,free wifi and lots of tables so people can work

      Making coffee drinks is fun Regular customers can be super awesome! Tips are nice

      Cons

      Never paid overtime Employee kindness towards customers seems very fake; they are actually disinterested Force sick staff to work anyway (We had one staff member with the flu who had to work-- disgusting!) Mean customers (occasionally) LOW pay ($8 an hour, even after working there for years) Manager is uninvolved
