Lots of opportunities for training and personal development. Most other salaried employees are helpful, friendly and up front.

Cons

What is expected of employees at all levels is often unrealistic in terms of workload and working hours. You can't efficiently run certain plants on skeleton crews and then demand more and more from them.

Carmeuse offers employees with a multitude of benefits including: a dynamic and flexible working environment; competitive compensation and benefit plans; development galore (the only thing holding employees back is themselves); cross functional work groups/teams and much, much more. Carmeuse is led by a group of forward thinking professionals who are focused on the long term success of the business.

Cons

While I personally do not consider this a con, some do...be prepared for change. In order for Carmeuse to successfully implement the business strategy, they must be prepared to adapt to the ever changing business conditions facing a global economy. Anyone wanting to work for this organization should be able to embrace change.
