Pros

Upper management knows who each employee is and how they're doing. They really care about your trajectory at the company. The culture is relaxed as long as work is getting done well and in a timely manner. If you show commitment to learning new things and constantly improving yourself and your work, you will love this place.

Cons

Entry pay is low, but raises and promotions are given out when they are deserved.

Pros

Only started recently and very glad I joined. The company is growing quickly, people are genuinely kind and great at what they do, and CEO is smart and cares about his employees.

Cons

Honestly no cons come to mind. All around great place.

Pros

Other than the day I was married and the birth of our children, the best day of my life was undoubtedly when I began employment with Carnegie Communications. That was nearly 28 years ago and I have enjoyed every minute of every business day. In fact, I awakened each morning looking forward to my next challenge. For me, the satisfaction of the job began at the top with our president and CEO, Joe Moore. He is the most extraordinary and brightest person I know. I think I was the seventh person hired when the company was approximately five years old. It was a fledgling company but I could never have imagined the growth that would take place over those years. Joe had the vision to take Carnegie to the status of being one of the fastest growing and most respected companies of its kind in the country. I admire his character. He never sought attention to himself and is the epitome of a great leader. Every person I know has the greatest respect for him. He is a great role model. In addition to Joe, Meghan Dalesandro is the president and my admiration for her could not be greater. She relates well to people and people respond to her. She is consistently loyal and attentive in her work and shows unprecedented interest in every challenge she undertakes. Most companies have employee turnover but it is very minimal at Carnegie. The family atmosphere has a great deal to do with it along with people who genuinely enjoy each others company. There are many recently hired employees because of the dramatic growth. What a wonderful blessing it has been to be with Carnegie. My wife suffered a ruptured aneurysm several years ago so I am unable to work in a full time capacity but I still treasure my association.

Cons

My only "con" would be I worked remote from the home office and was unable to spend as much time with the employees as I would have desired.
