Pros

Good communication from immediate leadership and team. A lot of rewarded PTO. Not micromanaged. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Bad communication between departments and corporate. Constantly restructuring and laying good people off; causing disruptions for both customers and employee teams. Expensive health insurance.

Dysfunctional at best

Pros

A certain degree of autonomy that is refreshing and allows for work to be done at own pace without arbitrary or made up metrics. As long as things get done on or before their indicated deadline, the process is self determined.

Cons

Constant changes to to team structure. Indications of training for career advancement but with little to no follow through. Was told I'd be able to take advantage of PMP training courses but was never able to because no one could ever figure out the activation codes. Road blocks caused by other departments would never be addressed which made my work seem to be dictated by others who I had no contact or communication with.
