Benefits was the only positive thing I have to say, everyone I worked with was overwhelmed and frustrated most days. A lot of cliques.

Cons

Understaffed,unorganized,supplies scattered here and there, how does one care for 40 patients safety?? And draw labs, give meds, check blood sugars and check vital signs, not to mention charting

Benefits through the hospital, Most of staff truly cares about the patients

Cons

Lack of staff to provide quality care required, Unorganized and no quick access to supplies when quickly needed. Some nights no CNA after 7pm on assisted living, Very little to no support from upper management.
